Description
Drainage screen is a box made of ASTM A-36 steel. Mounted on four support cups for carbon steel spiral springs. Tray made of thick-walled seamless Sandvik tube and UPN structural profiles. Side joints with huck bolts. Upper vibrating unit made up of two electric motor vibrators, with powers according to design, with amplitude regulation by setting counterweights. Conditioned for 1’x1′ polyurethane or rubber panels with Polydeck system (Not included). Lateral wear protection with polyurethane guards. Finishing with mechanical cleaning and epoxy paint treatment.
Optional: support frame and feed and discharge chutes.
