Pilot Plants: Modern and versatile portable pilot plants for analysis of samples in the field according to the following referential characteristics:
Portable cart mounted on suspension tires, front turntable with pull for its transfer, manual brake system, floor support legs for work. Taillights and bumpers. (chutes, inspection platforms and access ladders)
OPTIONAL: Roof structure with zinc plates. Encapsulated with removable thermopanels on the sides and front with access doors for the walkway sector, it allows work in extreme areas with rain and wind.

Feed hopper, mounted on a chassis, capacity 5 tons for direct feeding to the primary crusher, with manual gate for flow regulation.
Loading system by toggle Upper beam with trolley and electric toggle with a capacity of 1 ton, supported on a cart structural base, light structure for the installation of a rainwater protective roof.
Jaw Crusher Model 8 x 12, includes chassis, electric motor, belts, protections and product outlet chute
Conveyor belt Length 6 meters, band width 12” with gear motor and cart support stumps. Upper and lower encapsulation, rubber band with V-shaped studs, rubber side guards to prevent spillage.
Cross cutter 24” stroke for perfect fit on conveyor belt, BOTTOM DUMP TYPE bucket with equal adjustable lips. Adjustable spoon trolley with limit switch system, electromechanical mechanism, sealed metal box system to prevent the entry of particles.
Crushed material reception hopper With reject material discharge chutes and sample taking to enter the rotary divider includes vibrating feeder.
Rotating divider with 4 baskets with rejection, designed to separate the total sample into identical segments.
Centralized electrical control panel General switch, includes start and stop buttons, pilot lights, contactors, thermal relay, metal box mounted on a cart, electrical wiring for all motors.
